The whole school had a brilliant day in London on Wednesday! Children saw the capital – including lots of London traffic and were all extremely well behaved throughout the day. They were a credit to our school. All the children experienced a London Museum and Year 3 had all their recent learning brought to life when they saw the actual Ichthyosaurus fossil dug up by Mary Anning in 1811.
The Lion King show was fantastic – and it was lovely to see the different interests of the children whilst they were watching – some enjoyed the story, some the music and some were fascinated by the movement of props and scenery on the stage! It really was a show worth seeing and another of our 101 experiences that can be ‘ticked off’!
